The creative world of Michelle Turner

HouseofTurner

Built around people.
For a little more good in the world.

Why this house exists

Different doors.
The same heart.

House of Turner began with a search for a way forward. Through my own mental health struggles, I looked for help, resources, and people who would listen. That search made me notice both the support that helps and the gaps that leave people trying to figure things out alone.

I brought those lessons together with my work in hospitality and marketing, nonprofit leadership studies, family life, and caring for Grandpa. Research, stories, systems, connection, and everyday care became different branches of the same purpose: helping people feel seen and supported, while creating more good in the world we share.

H.O.T. is what grew from that search. Happy. Healthy. Helpful. Still becoming.

Where it began

Working in hospitality and marketing taught me to notice the gap between what a business intends and what people actually experience.

Who it’s for

Businesses that want to understand their customers, support their teams, and tell their real story.

What I bring

Firsthand observation, photography, storytelling, and practical systems—with the people using them at the center.

Channel 13

Real life.
Raised eyebrows.

Where it began

I was already documenting the details of daily life—the funny moments, hard truths, and things worth a second look. Channel 13 gives those stories a home.

Who it’s for

People who want to feel seen, hear another perspective, or laugh at the parts we’re all still figuring out.

What you’ll find

Everyday documentary, S-mommy(ish), and honest perspectives on the world around us. Ideas explored through Finkle & Einhorn can find their storytelling voice here.

Your next move.

Who it’s for

People and families looking for less overwhelm, more understanding, and a workable next step.

What we’re building

A seven-day reset with space to be heard, simple routines, and a plan shaped around real lives. Everyone gets to move at their own pace.

Grandpa’s House

A fresh start.
Right at home.

Where it began

Caring for my Grandpa showed me how much everyday details matter: a meal, an organized room, someone noticing what needs doing.

Who it’s for

Older adults and anyone who needs a fresh start at home, with support that respects their dignity and independence.

What’s taking shape

A growing idea for thoughtful cleaning, organization, and teaching practical home skills—care that people can build on.

Finkle & Einhorn

Research & development.
Look again.

Where it began

My mental health journey sparked a search for help, resources, and answers. That search opened up more questions—and a place to investigate them.

What we explore

Research ideas across human experience, everyday systems, and the world around us. A place to gather evidence, challenge assumptions, turn a question around, and develop possibilities.

How it feeds the house

What we learn can become a story through Channel 13, a better business system through Turner Solution Studios, or practical support through Project Compass and Grandpa’s House.
